FIFA says Qatar 2022 will be in winter

The president of the International Federation of Football Association ( FIFA ), Joseph Blatter said for the chain BeIN Sports the World of Qatar 2022 should play during the winter , because in summer temperatures exceed what players and fans could stand for 90 minutes.

"The best date would be later in the year. You have to be a little realistic. In my opinion, if changed, and will change because you can not play in the summer although Qatar insist, you must play in winter , at the end of the year, "said Blatter .
