Did you expect EA give budge and finally hurl their Wii U games like FIFA 15, Dragon Age 3 or next Battlefield? Then we have bad news for you.

The chief operating officer of EA, Peter Moore, has apologized to fans for Wii U a joke in bad taste. Said joke was made in the Twitter of Frostbite, the graphics engine of almost all current EA games like Dragon Age 3 or Battlefield 4. I mean, the joke came from the same EA, it was not an external joker.

One of those responsible for maintaining Frosbite Twitter yesterday wrote a series of tweets by ensuring that the latest version of the graphics engine created by DICE (Battlefield 4), come to Wii U because it is the best console of this generation.

The joke lies in the fact that EA has been abandoned to Wii U , without throwing any games. The company believes that it is not worth adapting their Frostbite engine to the console because of its low power because sales are lagging behind PS4 and Xbox One

The joke was yesterday that the April 1, 2014 is April's Fools Day , April Fool's Day in the U.S. and other countries.

"We apologize to the fans of Wii U Nintendo and our fellow American," said the chief operating officer of EA on Twitter. "The Frostbite Engine nefarious attempt to make a joke does not justify what we have done. Was unacceptable and stupid . "
